30 second Television commercial For 5 Star Hotel, Adare Manor in Limerick
Ireland’s Premier Home From Home
With these words as a tagline, we set about creating a 30 second commercial for airing on TV3.
The client requested that the commercial was purely to project the home-from-home aspects of the manor, and it also needed to look beautiful, and the manor itself is visually beautiful.
We had to convey the sense of staying in the lap of luxury, yet feeling like being at home in this short space of time. Using existing staff from Adare Manor, we shot four scenes which were felt best outlined the luxury on offer at the hotel, but without the stuffiness normally associated with 5 star hotels.
The ad also had to be generic and non-seasonal, as it may need to be used again at some stage in the future. Care had to be taken when filming and editing to ensure that minor things like the food on plates was not suggestive of any particular time of year.
We also filmed additional footage for use in future commercials and campaigns - an essential aspect of the original brief
