Sharyn Mitchell
Sharyn Mitchell is co-founder and Director of Another Avenue. Sharyn began her career in the  independent sector with Like It Love It Productions. Sharyn then moved to Anner International as Facilities Manager before taking over the position of Senior In-House Producer for 5 years. Sharyn is a highly respected television and video producer in both the corporate and the broadcast worlds, and has consistently produced programmes of the highest quality.
Her television credits to date include The Lyrics Board, Perfect Match, Dodge The Question, Top 30 Hits, Ceól Tíre, Pop TV,  The Dinner Party, Inside 252 and The IRUPA Awards 2005. Since 2003 Sharyn has been Producer on two of RTE’s most successful repeating series, The Restaurant (3 series)  & Showhouse (2 series) both of which have won audience share consistently in excess of 35% for the national broadcaster.

Mark Wooderson
Mark is a co-founder and Director of Another Avenue.
Since graduating in 1994 from Bournemouth University Film School as a specialist animator and director, Mark has been involved extensively in the television and video production world in Ireland. He has produced, directed  and edited extensively for all media, including television, DVD, web, ipod & mobile phones. He is much in demand as a production and post production consultant.
Mark started his career in Ireland as editor of ‘Top 30 Hits’ and has since built his reputation with work on ; The Lyrics Board, Pop TV, Perfect Match, Dodge the Question, Underdogs, Lee Evans Live at Wembley, Close Encounters with Keith Barry and as Director of ‘The Restaurant’ and ‘Quizone’.
Mark has been responsible for some of the most technically complex productions on Irish television. He created the technical design and creative workflow for Inside 252, Ireland’s first 24 hour-a-day reality television programme.
Gary Flood
Gary Flood is an established writer, producer and director across a range of projects in the public, television, and corporate sectors. He was a writer and script editor on RTÉ’s landmark comedy series, Bull Island. Documentary writing credits include Meet The Family, Chance to Dance & Cut and Dry. In entertainment he was responsible for scripting Class Reunion for Gay Byrne & When Dreams Come True for Ray Darcy. In Lifestyle programming he has scripted Showhouse & The Restaurant while contributing to Quizone, a children’s quiz show.
Gary is one of the country’s leading Celebrity Bookers, having contributed to Open House, The Late Late Show, Kelly (UTV), The Afternoon Show & The Big 40.
As a producer, he was a key member of the team responsible for re-inventing St. Patrick’s Day in his capacity as Street Festival Producer for St. Patrick’s Festival. He produces and directs the annual review show, How Was It For You?, presented by Joe Duffy and has been Associate Producer on three series of The Restaurant. In Spring 2006 he was a writer and director on HQ, Holiday Quiz presented by Sean Moncrieff.
Jim Sheridan
Jim began his career as a musician and composer and has worked with a huge number of recording artists including U2, Tom Jones, Van Morrison and Jerry Lee Lewis. As a composer he has created original music for a number of television shows and documentaries including Class Reunion, The Miriam O’Callaghan Show and Quizone. 
Over the last 18 years he has worked on Open House, PM Live, Live at 3, The View, The Cafe, The Lyrics Board, The Late Late Show, Kenny Live and most recently Tubridy Tonight. 
His first broadcast project as a producer was Schools Out a 16 part quiz show for radio and since then he has worked on a number of television shows including The Restaurant, Showhouse, Quizone and The Dinner Party in a variety of production and technical roles.
Jim joined Another Avenue in 2005 as Producer/Director and has produced and directed a number of DVD’s for charity organisations and some of Ireland’s most successful companies.
In his role as New Media Producer for Another Avenue he is currently in charge of programming  for webcast and mobile distribution.

Derek Jones
Derek Jones is one of Ireland’s leading video editors. His experience covers both Belfast and Dublin where he has worked on independent and in house productions for UTV,  RTE,  BBC (Network and Regional),  TV3,  TG4, Channel 4 & ITV. 
His work includes coverage of the 2004 Olympics, the 2006 World Cup and the 2007 Cheltnham Gold Cup for RTE.  He regularly works on TV commercials, broadcast TV,  corporate video production and film. 
He specialises in multi-camera editing & regularly works on major studio entertainment projects. He edited the BBC 1 prime time show ‘Patrick Kielty  Almost Live’, is currently in his 5th series of cult RTE topical comedy show ‘The Panel’, has worked on numerous network interactive programmes for the BBC, compiled the first versions of the highly successful feature film Mickybo and Me, and has worked on several  high profile reality shows and major documentary strands including World in Action (Granada) and Insight (UTV).
 
John Rodgers
John began his career with the BBC where he worked on a wide range of TV and Radio programming including drama, documentaries and news. He became the senior manager in charge of production resources, a post that he held for 10 years.  Since leaving the BBC John has worked with many different clients producing TV commercials, promotional DVDs and communications projects. He was the producer for several DVDs that formed part of the communication strategy for the huge change management process transforming the police service in Northern Ireland. He has worked with big industrial clients such as FG Wilson and Phoenix Gas to produce inspirational DVDs for internal and external events, and with the European Union in promoting the success of the PEACE II and INTERREG funding programme.  
His recent work inludes Tourism focused Promotional DVDs for Waterways Ireland, where he produced online content for their website, and Fermanagh Lakeland Tourusm where he produced a Promotional DVD for the whole area and related TV commercials as part of a media suite. He is working closely with the new INTV website where he is developing non-news based content for inclusion in belfast's first IPTV station.
