Brian O’Driscoll winning the Players Player of the Year, Keith Earls as Young Player of the Year, Jamie Heaslip getting the award for Try of the Year, and Anthony ‘Axel’ Foley being inducted into the Hall of Fame.
It could only happen at the 7th IRUPA Rugby Awards evening in Dublin’s Burlington Hotel, and we were there to capture every moment.
Launching our brand-new Outside Broadcast unit at the event, we had five camera operators feeding back into the truck. Jim Sheridan was Sound Supervisor on the evening, and the overall event was Directed by Mark Wooderson.
